Description

Streets and sewers of the city were damaged $38,000 as a result of the flood, according to a report made Saturday by City Engineer Michael M. Boland to United States engineers. The report of the damages was made in connection with the federal government's survey of the entire Ohio valley to determine whether or not losses warrant the adoption of proposed flood control measures.
